The learners who live a learning experience at Univida, make use of collaborative, non-conventional learning methodologies, including ancestral methods, from Brazilian Indigenous peoples, among them the Dragon Dreaming methodology, Non-violent Communication, the Zeeg Forum, Integral Theory, Systemic Thinking, and other approaches that encourage them to dream, plan, do and celebrate a project. Those methodologies also promote personal growth, which strengthens the relationship of the team with those who carry out a real project and make an impact on sustainability and planetary regeneration. At the end of this journey, the participants feel they are carrying out projects aligned with their life purpose and improving the conditions of the local communities where they live. One of the main approaches, beyond the technical deliverables of the project, is also to accompany the socio-emotional development of the participants, often neglected in other learning approaches, which do not consider all dimensions of the human being.
